Terms & conditions
These are the rental terms for Giddy Bikes Bali. We go through them at pickup; WhatsApp us if anything is unclear before you ride.
1. Licence and riding
- A valid driver’s licence with the relevant category is required to rent a vehicle. Renters must have significant driving experience and be honest about their proficiency.
- It is not permitted to drive the vehicle outside Bali island.
2. Damage, tyres, and accidents
- If any damage is caused to third parties as a result of an incident, the renter is fully responsible.
- If a tyre goes flat due to road hazards like nails or sharp objects, the renter is responsible for repairing it, inflating it, and covering the expenses.
- The rental company is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or fatalities involving the renter, their pillion riders, or others in accidents.
3. Lost items
- If a helmet, key, remote, or document is lost, the renter is responsible and will be charged: key lost $15 · remote lost $100 · helmet lost $25 · document lost $100.
4. Support and insurance
- Assistance in English.
- 24/7 roadside assistance for mechanical issues only.
- Optional insurance: IDR 100.000 / day.
5. Battery and idle bikes
- Do not leave the motorcycle unused for more than 7 days without starting it.
- Leaving the motorcycle idle for too long can weaken the battery.
- To keep the battery in good condition: start the motorcycle regularly, or contact our team for assistance.
- Thank you for helping us keep the unit in the best condition for your ride.
